Adam Roth

One of Adam Roth’s focuses is on “experiential management,” looking at all the different points his company comes in contact with both clients and workers and then examining those interactions to find ways to make them more remarkable for clients and workers.

“It’s putting that reverence around all the parties that we serve on a daily basis,” says Roth, who is CEO of Roth Staffing Companies based in Orange, Calif. The firm ranks as one of the largest staffing firms in the US and ranks on SIA’s list of Best Staffing Firms to Work For.

Culture is big at Roth Staffing, and under Roth’s leadership the company keeps that foremost in mind even this year as it installed a new back-office system and opened new offices. In addition, Roth is looking to increase headcount by 20% this year.

Roth Staffing’s brands include Ultimate Staffing, which handles industrial and office clerical; Ledgent Finance & Accounting; Ledgent Technology for IT staffing; Adams & Martin Group, which provides legal staffing; and About Talent, the company’s contingent workforce solutions division that provides MSP, VMS, RPO and payrolling.

Outside of staffing, Roth is chairman of the Orange County Heart Walk and on the executive team of the Orange County Heart Association. Roth and his wife have two boys, a 4-and-ahalf-year-old and a 1-year-old.
