Andrew Simon

Andrew Simon has been a key driver in Health Carousel’s growth story, helping propel the firm to a spot on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest healthcare staffing firms in the US. As vice president of corporate development and transformation, he splits his time between corporate development, transformation (process improvement, organizational effectiveness, change management) and corporate strategy. His contributions helped Health Carousel grow on average of more than 100% annually over the past two years, and the company is on pace for similar growth in 2017.

Simon oversaw Health Carousel’s two recent acquisitions: Next Medical Staffing in November 2015 and Medical Staffing Options in January 2017. He also built the firm’s internal consulting team in his role as the transformation leader and expanded the marketing team in a past role as VP of marketing. Prior to joining Health Carousel, Simon was a manager in Deloitte Consulting’s strategy practice.
