Angie Keller

Angie Keller joined Randstad in 2011 and immediately impressed leadership with her potential and ability to problem-solve. In eight years, she’s gone from managing director overseeing one branch to senior VP managing all 20 Randstad Engineering branches in the US. She takes pride in creating customized solutions to solve challenges that clients face, drawing on industry trends and the latest best practices to develop innovative ways for them to attract and hire the best talent. Keller also encourages her team to take unconventional approaches to problem-solving; one such solution involved fully integrating offshore recruiting resources to help Randstad Engineering handle high-volume recruiting accounts.

Keller’s track record of creative thinking in client service led to her being selected to work on a senior executive program project with Randstad Holding and INSEAD Business Academy, focusing on changing Randstad’s approach to customer acquisition and retention in order to target and retain clients based on historical data to predict future outcomes. Additionally, Keller has won the Randstad Sales Excellence Award five times in the past six years.

Keller’s passion for helping others advance in their careers extends beyond her job to extensive volunteer and mentorship work. She’s especially devoted to helping military veterans and women build challenging, rewarding careers, and is a member of Women in Technology International, Randstad’s Executive Diversity Council and a committee member of Women in Randstad Empowering Development.
