Annie Hammer

Annie Hammer is the head of technology consulting in the Americas, a division of Alexander Mann Solutions that delivers more than 100 different technology consulting projects annually across a variety of sectors and clients. In this role, which she has held since 2018, Hammer leads her team in delivering projects covering a variety of talent technologies across the total talent solution spectrum.

Hammer cites helping clients in the digital, professional services, and quick-serve sectors create talent acquisition strategies and deploying their overall technology stacks within that roadmap as her proudest recent accomplishments. She brings experience and passion to every client relationship, which is evident in her ability to transform their talent acquisition approach through data and technology.

Hammer says there are two things that motivate her daily: her team, comprising people from all different backgrounds who teach her something new every day; and her genuine love of the emerging technology space and striking the right balance between tools and people for large global enterprise organizations. Over the next few years, Hammer plans to continue helping organizations define their talent acquisition strategy and the tools that will enable it. It exists in pockets of the Americas, she says, but there’s no single go-to source for all of talent acquisition or talent management consulting and delivery. “I want to be able to focus on being able to expand these offerings to the market.”
