As VP of product management, Brad Jolitz has been at the heart of CHG’s digital evolution, having helped create a digital ecosystem that can connect the thousands of hospitals CHG works with each year to a platform that can manage their experience with staffing agencies, from connecting with healthcare providers to handling assignments and more.
To make this happen, Jolitz helped build the framework for several of CHG’s digital offerings from the ground up, including building product management and user experience teams, who helped create the vision for new digital tools like CHG Connect. Since joining the company in 2015, he has been working hard to create this footprint.
Jolitz has also driven the development of new digital portals for providers which provide transparency into the status of credentialing documents, licenses, job assignment schedules and travel arrangements to move providers through their staffing journey quicker, enabling them to get to their assignment faster and do what they do best: care for nearly 25 million patients each year.
“Healthcare staffing is unique — the challenge is in finding the right balance between the human touch and digitization, and ultimately developing tools that work for multiple brands in the CHG portfolio,” he says.
Most recently, Jolitz has been integral in CHG’s acquisition of two technology companies, Modio and LocumsMart. He is now focused on integrating these platforms into CHG’s family of brands while aligning the two companies with the parent company’s goals.
