Halberg is motivated by seeing her team grow and achieve their goals and overcome challenges in an evolving market. Her philosophy: Do what’s right for people and treat them well.
Key to her success has been her enthusiasm for learning. “I really try to encourage people in my team to work as hard as they can and learn as hard as they can because it’s such a unique industry.”
Her commitment to learning about tech has led her to serve for the last five years as chair of the Seattle Branch of ARA, a national group that works to attract, retain and advance strong female leaders to support and influence the IT community.
