Harry Youtan

Over the last six years, Harry Youtan has held roles as both managing director of Phaidon International North America and as Phaidon’s global CEO. He joined Phaidon in 2007 and in 2013 launched Phaidon International’s North American business, where he spearheaded business growth across the region to more than 200 people in five locations. During this period, Phaidon was recognised as one of the top-10 fastest-growing staffing firms by SIA for three consecutive years. In 2016, he was promoted to CEO. At the end of his first year as CEO, Phaidon reported full-year revenue of £70 million, an increase of 41% compared to the previous year. This past April, Youtan oversaw the acquisition of Phaidon by Quilvest Private Equity.

Youtan believes technology has become and will continue to be a powerful tool for the staffing industry. His work philosophy is, “Better Never Stops,” and counts himself as fortunate to be surrounded by people at Phaidon who are constantly striving to do better every day. It’s also the people at Phaidon that he says he’s most proud of.

“Having a united global team with a genuine drive and ambition that every day makes our vision one step closer to reality is in my view very special, and that is the bit that gives me the greatest sense of pride,” Youtan says.
