Jenenne Hollister

Jenenne Hollister joined Medical Solutions three years ago when the company acquired PPR Travel Nursing; she is now vice president of financial operations, leading accounting operations and a staff that includes more than 150 accounting and financial professionals.

What excites Hollister about her job and the staffing industry is the people. “We don’t have equipment and inventory. We have people,” she says. “I love collaborating with sales and the back office so each person has the best possible experience.” Her broad background in the staffing industry has enabled her to play a key part in the company’s growth, integrating processes, organizations and systems smoothly into the enterprise.

She finds it particularly gratifying to support Medical Solutions’ travel nurses, who are on the front lines of providing care. During the Covid-19 pandemic, demand for nurses surged and she was influential in ensuring that nurses have the resources they need, including benefits such as quarantine pay.

The bubbly, outgoing mother of three defies the stereotype of CPAs as serious and staid. “I feel very passionate about everybody being themselves,” she says. “I don’t want anyone in our organization to feel weird about being passionate. I want to work with people who are excited to come to work!”

She is enthusiastic about the company’s prospects for the future. “My world has been crazy because I’ve had a number of different roles, but I have always had a great team,” she says. “Medical Solutions is a very special company.”
