Jordan McGuire

Jordan McGuire was fortunate enough to be introduced to the staffing industry through Medix’s CEO, Andrew Limouris. What has kept her in the industry and at Medix specifically, she says, is the positive impact the industry has and the difference her team can make by simply doing their jobs.

McGuire is extremely proud to have built two new departments at Medix: She seized the opportunity to grow the marketing and talent innovation teams with brilliant, hard-working teammates by her side. She was also very proud to earn her company’s Core Values award in 2015. This award is truly her ideal form of recognition, McGuire says: “If I’m remembered as nothing else in this company, this industry, and this life but as someone who approached business with the drive to do good, to reach new levels of impact through embodying values and doing business the right way as a good teammate and boss, then I have succeeded.”

The source of McGuire’s drive has always been helping people – whether by exploring new ways to innovate and serve the firm’s talent and clients through technology, or supporting the sales and recruitment teams in spreading the company’s message through marketing. She will be taking her impact global in her new role as managing director of Medix’s newly acquired subsidiary, Talentoday, working to uncover ways to utilize technology and psychometrics to unleash individual potential inside organizations, teams and individual lives.
