As VP of field human resources for Staffmark Group, Julie Litteral supports the group’s network of more than 400 offices, and her performance has made her one of the executive team’s most trusted advisors. The company’s mission of successfully finding people work and companies people resonates with her.
Over the past 12 years, Litteral has served in a number of roles and leadership positions within the industry.
Recently, she was instrumental in combining the HR functions of two national staffing companies with 12 combined specialty brands under the Staffmark Group family. Her acumen and experience in acquisitions while with Advantage helped to create a platform for consistent implementation of alignment of existing employees into new and broader roles. She led the creation of a new structure, while serving existing internal clients throughout large-scale organizational change.
Key to her determination and success in the industry is the belief that people are the company’s most valuable resource, so she set out to build and implement a plan to help with acquiring and retaining the top talent in the industry while saving the company money. She recommended a permissive paid time off plan for internal employees across all company brands, which helped to put Staffmark Group at the forefront of benefit offerings in the staffing industry.
While change is a part of the industry, she approaches change as an opportunity to advance and improve Staffmark with each and every step.
