Justin Tomlin

Throughout his 14-year career with the largest US healthcare staffing provider, Justin Tomlin has established best practices and innovative solutions in the clinical MSP industry to address what he refers to as “The Human Capital Equation,” a method of managing the variables and elements that comprise a customer’s strategic solution. “Customers today are faced with a wide variety of challenges,” the senior VP of strategic accounts at AMN Healthcare Services Inc. explains. “Specifically, in healthcare, their primary focus is patient care, and we can help provide the large scale human capital solutions such that will enable them to be successful.” Tomlin’s role was recently expanded to include oversight of the implementation and strategic account management for 100-plus AMN Healthcare MSP accounts, which exceeds $1 billion in gross billings. Tomlin has been a panelist at SIA conferences and hosts an annual AMN Supplier Summit for MSP staffing companies.
