As division president at AMN Healthcare, Landry Seedig is responsible for the organization’s nursing division, which consists of eight different brands and, at more than $1 billion in revenue, is the largest in the country. He manages sales, recruitment and delivery teams for domestic and international travel nursing, per diem, rapid response and crisis staffing. Seedig started his career as a recruiter at APEX Systems prior to becoming a medical recruiter at Platinum Select Healthcare Staffing. He rose through the ranks at Platinum Select, eventually taking over as president and leading the company past the $50 million revenue threshold prior to its acquisition by AMN.
With more than 15 years’ staffing industry experience, Seedig is a skilled integrator of staffing acquisitions and has continued to demonstrate expertise in a very complex and changing market. He has a passion for developing team members to achieve professional development goals and believes that “those who work hard, keep a positive attitude, and never stop learning have the biggest opportunity to succeed.” Seedig considers his greatest accomplishment the development and growth of the AMN nursing division to its current position of strength in the staffing industry. He’s excited to continue to lead AMN Healthcare to meet the next challenge.
