Martin E. “Marty” Judge III

Named to SIA’s Staffing 100 this year as one of the most influential leaders in the staffing industry, Martin E. “Marty” Judge III worked his way from technical recruiter to CEO of The Judge Group well before the age of 40. He has continued to expand The Judge Group’s national and international footprint, building out several national recruiting centers and establishing Judge India as a key strategic component of the company’s global delivery model. In 2018, Judge focused intently on utilizing emerging technology and building relationships to create a candidate engagement model that is among the best in the industry.

Having grown up around staffing, Judge is well-versed in the focus, drive and relationship-building necessary to thrive in the industry. He is extremely proud of the company’s ability to keep growing both domestically and internationally while maintaining the strong culture that has been in place for nearly 50 years.
