Nick Campo has been with Motion Recruitment for over seven years, growing into a leadership position as the VP of enterprise business development.
Campo has thrived in his current role, leading his team to bring in eight of the company’s top 10 accounts, 70% of the company’s temp revenue and a record 54 new enterprise clients in 2021. Influenced by this tremendous success, Motion hit a company record in contract revenue in 2021 — a 1,400% increase from where contracting revenue was when Campo signed on in 2015.
Campo’s positive impact in staffing reaches far beyond Motion’s bottom line. Campo’s enterprise business development team has been a catalyst for internal expansion, leading to the creation of several new teams to support Motion’s ever-growing customer base. Since his start at Motion, not only has Campo’s team grown exponentially, but he’s been instrumental in building the entire enterprise ecosystem to over 100 people from only three people — which Campo counts as one of his biggest accomplishments to date.

An avid golfer, Campo coaches T-ball for his four-year-old daughter and also enjoys taking trips with his wife and two young girls across New England.
