Rachel Kelly

Rachel Kelly started working within the recruitment industry in 2010 and currently serves as Airswift’s senior VP. Coming from an operational and project management background, Kelly serendipitously entered the industry and has found plenty of reasons to stay. “Every day there is a new challenge to tackle or a new scenario to solve,” she says.

One of Kelly’s most noteworthy recent achievements was project managing Airswift’s merger with Competentia in 2021, helping to carry out a record-setting integration timeline. “We had less than 3% attrition, zero dis-synergies, outperformed against our synergy target and completed the integration within six months,” Kelly says. She attributes this massive success to the wealth of experience within her team.

As senior VP, Kelly is focused on the transformation of people, processes and technology. Currently, Kelly is overseeing key technology projects — including an improved candidate engagement portal, contractor onboarding system and a digital time and expense system — to make it faster and easier for candidates and contractors to find jobs, start work and get paid in a seamless manner in every country around the world. “I am surrounded by an incredibly innovative group of people, and every day we create solutions. That is what keeps me engaged,” she says.
