Delivery Solutions Executive Robert Barsamian was first drawn to Aerotek because of its culture of serving others. Shortly after joining, he realized the personal impact of a career helping people find work. Naturally competitive, he enjoys the company’s high-intensity environment while doing good.
After joining as a recruiter in California, Barsamian started up a new venture for Aerotek in Arizona focused on high-volume customers. Recognizing a need for a centralized delivery model to serve these clients, he opened a delivery center in Phoenix — and, over the next two years, helped build two additional delivery centers in California and Pittsburgh supporting high-volume customers regionally, which earned him recognition as a significant impact player within the organization. “I’m proud of what we have built and honored for the opportunity,” he says. “It’s ultimately about building your legacy and creating opportunity for people.”
Barsamian notes that in his 13 years with the company, he has also grown significantly as a leader. “My biggest enjoyment in my role is being empowered to make bold decisions and offer recommendations,” he says. He is motivated by finding new ways to operate which yield better results rather than sticking to the safety of the tried-and-true methods. “I create change and help advance Aerotek for the next wave of innovation in the industry.”
