For the past 10 years, Ryan Lynch has been at the heart of Kforce’s transformation — and there’s no place he’d rather be.
“I like building and fixing things,” he says. “So now I’m building new programs within Kforce. Building things is stressful from the change management perspective, but a lot of fun!”
In 2020, Lynch took on the role of vice president for client solutions, leading sales for Kforce’s team focused on advanced services. Kforce offers advanced services to deliver solutions in areas such as cloud engineering, business intelligence and mobility.
For Lynch, part of the fun of building a new business is collaborating with other people. “You have to build a coalition to get transformation to stick,” he says. “You can’t do it alone. I played team sports growing up, and every effort is better with people.”
Although he is quick to share credit, Lynch has earned the Kforce Performance Incentive Program Diamond Award, which recognizes the top 1%, seven times and was the 2019 recipient of the Dick Maddock Award, the highest honor given to an individual at Kforce.
Lynch is excited to see what the future brings. “I don’t think transformation is ever done. You can always do better,” he says. “I have a front row seat to change in the industry. And when the world changes, we’re there to help.”
