Stacy Kleinhenz has always embraced challenges, seeing them not as obstacles but as opportunities to learn and grow. Throughout her 12 years in human resources, she has successfully led companies in the healthcare, relocation, nonprofit and staffing industries through tough circumstances including financial struggles, regulatory compliance issues and corporate restructuring.
These experiences proved invaluable when Kleinhenz joined BelFlex, which was part of Belcan at the time. Ultimately, Belcan was sold but the owners retained BelFlex as a family-owned business. Without the corporate structure and support that came with Belcan, Kleinhenz had to build the human resources department from the ground up. She was instrumental in addressing other changes at the company as well, including corporate restructuring and employee turnover. During this time, Kleinhenz also took on the critical task of revamping BelFlex’s compensation plan, making it a performance, team-based model.
Kleinhenz is a lifelong learner and has proven to be a critical member of the executive team where she makes it a point to understand all aspects of business operations in order to help drive company growth. She is a big believer in BelFlex’s mission of “Succeeding Together” — or using workforce solutions to help people, organizations and communities succeed — and is an active volunteer with the company’s LIFT the TriState initiative and BelFlex Junior Mentoring Program.
