Talbot credits GQR’s acceleration from $1 million to $50 million annualized run rate in just 10 years to the organization’s equal weighting of both economic outcomes and stakeholder experiences. Talbot believes in fostering a collaborative, creative and conscious culture in which innovation, continuous improvement and self-actualization can flourish. He believes that doing so is simultaneously a formula for great human experiences and the fundamental driver for competitive advantage.
“We are always exploring new pathways to create greater economic and experiential value,” Talbot says. His winning formula has enabled both continued hyper-growth, with a 10-year CAGR exceeding 40%, and increasing productivity at scale to co-exist.
Talbot is regarded as a challenger and, in addition to his role as CEO, seeded GQR’s innovation team and is the executive sponsor for the next phases of GQR’s People Intelligence and Digital Solutions product lines: “Discovery” and “AVA.” The lines are to be launched soon.
