Prior to joining BelFlex in June 2015, Tim Mueller was a principal at the regional accounting firm Clark Schaefer Hackett. During his 13 years at CSH, he led the audit team for Belcan Corp.’s (BelFlex’s former parent company) annual audit. After BelFlex was divested and Belcan ultimately sold, Mueller jumped at the opportunity to join the BelFlex family and help lead the company to growth and profitability as part of the executive team. His previous work with the company gave him a unique understanding of the family, employees, and the strong culture that makes BelFlex, a provider of flexible workforce solutions, special.
As BelFlex continues to expand organically and through acquisitions, Mueller’s been instrumental in positioning the company on solid financial footing to drive this strategy, including acquiring two companies over the past six months. Mueller finds opportunities to mentor and develop other young professionals both gratifying and invaluable. “It has been rewarding to watch certain individuals climb the ranks, move to new companies and positions, and continue to be successful utilizing skills that I helped coach,” he says. Mueller is motivated by a constant pursuit to better himself, as well as by his family and life outside the office (he and his family are big fans of the Reds, Bengals and Xavier University basketball).
