Adam Roth

Although the staffing industry runs in his blood, Adam Roth hadn’t intended to join it. But after graduating from college, Roth found himself in the family business after all, initially working in sales. He quickly fell in love with the pace of the industry, its challenges, his co-workers, and most importantly, “the opportunities that our industry affords us to do good things and impact the lives of those we serve.”

Roth now is Roth Staffing’s CEO. His passion for creating new business lines, systems and experiences as well as the philosophies and values of the organization have earned the company a spot as one of SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For, among other industry accolades.

“I’m proud of my co-workers and very proud of the work that we’ve done, and any recognition is really a validation of how we approach business,” he says.

Roth is motivated to build a company that his co-workers are proud to be a part of and he looks to help develop a culture and platform where they can all be successful. He also finds motivation in moving the company forward, achieving new financial milestones and helping in the community.
