Although Casey Paris has worked in the industry for only six years and came into it with no previous experience, she attacked her training with the same grit she uses to approach every situation in her life – with an attitude to learn and become the best. Thanks to a true and natural talent for connecting businesses with the staffing industry, Paris, in her role as sales manager at Express Employment Professionals, has skillfully helped the company become No. 1 in the Nashville community. In only her third and fourth years in the industry, Paris ranked in the top five of all outside sales representatives within Express, and in 2016, she won the award for top sales representative.

Paris is consistently called upon to share her expertise and experience and gives her time generously, eagerly seizing opportunities to train other sales professionals in her region and across North America to help them achieve success. Paris is driven by results, and the yearly goals she sets for herself serve as motivation. “I love being in an industry where you are able to do meaningful work by finding someone a job and giving them the hope they needed,” Paris says. “I also love that I can bring hope to our clients who are struggling to find good and qualified workers in our area.”
