Jarin Dana

Jarin Dana is a co-founder and co-owner of Fusion HealthCare Staffing. In 2013, he was approached by co-founder Daniel Westenskow to join him in building Fusion. Although joining Fusion meant changing industries — he had worked mainly in the energy and financial services industries — Dana quickly learned most facets of healthcare staffing and leveraged his prior experience to establish and manage all aspects of Fusion’s accounting and finance department.

Dana excels under pressure to meet deadlines and solve challenging problems. The pressure of a heavy workload and challenging tasks motivates him to bring his best to work every day. He gains satisfaction from watching his efforts pay off with the growth of Fusion. Dana is most proud of all the things that he hasn’t been able to accomplish; because his failures have led him to where he is today, he is proud of getting up and trying again. The lessons he’s learned have been stepping stones in his own career path. Dana believes that the future is extremely bright for staffing in general and especially for locum tenens. He plans to continue to grow Fusion with his partners and make the firm a top-10 player in the locum tenens space.
