Jeff Beckmann

Jeff Beckmann became CFO of medical staffing services provider LRS Healthcare in 2018, marking his return to staffing after being in and out of the industry for several years, having also worked in finance and manufacturing. Beckmann says the focus on people and helping organizations find the right talent sparked his desire to work in the industry: “To me, the core of every function in a successful business comes back to the people … the most successful individuals I have encountered understand that the true value in any business, process or situation is the people.”

With LRS undergoing significant growth the past four years, Beckmann helped lead an effort to replace old technologies that were no longer meeting the company’s demands with a modern sophisticated HRIS platform, CRM system, general ledger system and, most importantly, a new caregiver platform. Implementing all of these systems in such a short time while growing the business eightfold has enabled LRS to continue focusing on its vision of providing the most hassle-free experience for travelers and customers, he says.

While driven by a desire to make LRS Healthcare the staffing firm that provides the most convenient experience for caregivers and customers and is home to the most supportive and successful internal culture in the industry, Beckmann recognizes the staffing industry is always in fluctuation, and he says LRS plans to remain as flexible as possible to be ready to change with the industry.
