Jeremy Mack

The world of staffing is a perfect fit for Jeremy Mack, Tundra Technical Solutions’ senior VP. Highly competitive and always ready for a new challenge, Mack joined Tundra over a decade ago in sales and progressed up through the organization until he took his current role in 2018, where he oversees Tundra’s global direct source practice in addition to other areas of the business. “I love it,” he says. “We’re on the forefront of change, progression and disruption within the industry … the opportunity to create a new channel for talent is really exciting!”

Under Mack’s leadership, Tundra has been awarded a number of global RPO and direct source programs from several Fortune 100 clients, opportunities which have allowed the organization to expand into various regions across North America and, more recently, Europe. And he foresees even more growth in Tundra’s future, not only in the global market but internally as well. With so many avenues for expansion, the organization is hiring aggressively; Mack hopes to see Tundra’s current roster of 450 internal associates swell to 1,000 in the next few years.

He attributes this incredible success to his team and adds that being surrounded by like-minded, success-driven people is his favorite part of his job. “I believe in the team,” he says. “All this growth and success is great … but it’s more rewarding to see that for those around me.”
