Koye Adejumo, executive director of client services at Sevenstep, has served as a global leader in talent acquisition for nearly 10 years. He has quickly built a reputation for his strong work ethic, innovation and unwavering dedication to his client and colleague relationships. Throughout his tenure at Sevenstep, Adejumo has been at the forefront of RPO solutions that have consistently produced transformative results and value, including leading a hiring program that took a decentralized, regional-led model and turning it into a unified, global solution supported by Sevenstep across 23 countries.

Adejumo is passionate about the opportunity to grow and develop those around him, and doubles as an infectious mentor to his Sevenstep colleagues as well as to client teams. He is motivated by technology and data and enjoys building new things, whether that is a new and improved process, a source of measurement, or beta testing recruiting applications.
