Over the last five years, VP of Global Sales Kunal Gill has helped grow Aditi Consulting, a Bellevue, Washington-based IT consulting and talent management firm, into an industry leader. After setting a company sales record of $15 million in new revenue in 2019, Gill beat his own record by more than $5 million in 2020. Gill has also welcomed more than 25 Fortune 500 clients into Aditi’s portfolio and expanded the existing business with more than 50 customers.
A two-time Aditi President’s Award winner, Gill credits his success to his ability to build relationships based on integrity, empathy and trust. “I’m fortunate to be in an industry where relationships are the foundation of everything we do, but they can’t be successful unless they are rooted in trust,” he says.
Mentorship also plays a pivotal part in how Gill operates. He’s not only benefited from having a host of mentors within the staffing and MSP space during his career, but he also prioritizes building relationships with others in the industry. “Playing a small role in an individual’s career development and growth is a responsibility I’m happy to take on because I’ve learned so much from others in this space.”
A strong voice for historically excluded communities, Gill also heads Aditi’s diversity, equity and inclusion program. He’s solidified strategic partnerships that help provide underserved talent communities opportunities otherwise unavailable to them.
Gill credits, among other things, his travels abroad for helping shift his perspectives and bringing forward new ways of giving back.
