By joining The Adecco Group’s Pontoon, a global HR outsourcing company specializing in improving an organization’s workforce, Benkemoun joined a new family and new industry that was totally unknown to him, as his background is in aerospace engineering. Weighing opportunities with ambition, and thriving on the excitement of overcoming surprising challenges, is the approach that has made him grow and climb the ranks. And he believes he can find great success using this approach within the staffing industry, which is still widely fragmented and teeming with new ideas.
