Lindsay Joseph

Staffing runs in the family for Lindsay Joseph. Her father ran a staffing firm and she is used to having conversations about staffing at the dinner table. Having grown up in the industry, she gathered an insight into what makes a staffing firm successful and how to be an innovative leader. In 2009, she co-founded StaffRehab with her sister, Sara Palmer, and the dynamic team split sales and recruiting responsibilities. The education staffing firm provides candidates for school districts and healthcare facilities.

Last year, the Stepping Stones Group acquired StaffRehab and Joseph was appointed director of western recruiting of the Stepping Stones Group in addition to her role as chief talent officer for StaffRehab. As director of western recruiting, she oversees the group’s western region’s recruitment and roughly 1,000 contractors.

Joseph led StaffRehab to 50% year-over-year growth for the past four years and in 2019 the company was listed on SIA’s Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list. Over the past year alone, StaffRehab provided services to more than 20,000 students.

For Joseph, her motivation is “being better than who you were yesterday,” and she finds it rewarding to collectively push everyone forward and loves the company’s mission of providing education services to vulnerable students.
