Marian Tison

Like many leaders in the industry, Marian Tison didn’t set out to build a career in the staffing world. But her passion for helping people realize their true potential and believe in themselves made it a perfect fit.

After a near decade-long career at a large staffing firm, where she largely supported financial services at Bank of America, a life-threatening illness prompted Tison to re-evaluate her future; after some time off, she joined national staffing firm TalentBridge in November 2018, making an immediate positive impact and steadily assuming significant additional responsibilities.

Throughout her tenure at TalentBridge, Tison has managed all aspects of business with its largest customer. A purpose-driven and focused leader, she now supervises many other employees, oversees TalentBridge’s partner network of several staffing firms nationwide and directs its onboarding and training programs for enterprise employees and customers as well as third-party partners. Under her leadership and guidance, revenue has increased by 25% annually and is now in the mid eight-figure range.

She is particularly proud of a project last year, amid the Covid-19 pandemic, when she and her team in one month placed 2,400 people in remote roles at one financial organization’s Paycheck Protection Program loan processing project — and they are all still working today.

“I’ve always had a deep passion and love for people,” Tison says. “I always want to understand where they are, see them for who they are, help them to be themselves and help them find their purpose.”
