Melissa Johnson entered the staffing industry nine years ago, at age 25, providing staffing and consulting services focused in a niche market (healthcare revenue cycle). Her resounding success with that firm led to her being recruited in August 2016 to be part of a major rebrand and rebuild of ComforceHealth aimed at positioning the firm for growth. Some of Johnson’s achievements in that short time include setting the organization’s strategic direction; and introducing alternative delivery strategies for staffing services contracts, resulting in building long-term, predictable revenue streams in a rather unpredictable market.
