Point Solutions Group founder and CEO Paige Goss’ journey in staffing began in 2008, just six months after graduating from Elon University. She heard of an opportunity within the industry from her Business Fellows program professor. Intrigued, she explored the opportunity and ended up joining The Select Group in delivery and quickly transitioned to an account manager.

While she left the company a year later, she returned in 2010 and spent the next several years feeding her entrepreneurial spirit by building operations and finance support from a team of one to eight departments and 56 people. When launching the company’s federal division, she began to hear from clients of their desire for diversity, setting her onto the path toward launching Point Solutions Group in 2017.

Researching the federal sector, she identified Denver as the best place for her business and growing family — her wife since gave birth to twins — so they picked up and moved. The company opened its doors in April 2017, hitting $1.5 million in business by year-end. This year, it is on track to exceed $4 million with eight internal employees.

Outside the office, Goss devotes time to helping other women succeed in business, including through the Colorado Women’s Foundation, which provides opportunities to women across the state in aspects of career development, and the Denver Dames, where women of $1 million-plus businesses help other women business owners reach that mark.
