Sam Wageman

Everything Fusion represents and has grown into is because of Sam Wageman; he dreamed of making something better, a place that valued its employees and focused on what really matters, and he achieved it. Wageman has worked in the industry since 2003. He loves this profession because it allows him and his colleagues to help healthcare facilities staff high-quality professionals in times of need, to continually help patients who need care. Wageman doesn’t know the word content and pushes everyone he interacts with “to go big or go home.”

From the beginning, he’s believed that great teamwork with buy-in provides the ultimate competitive advantage. Through his dry sense of humor and a little tough love, he’s built an unstoppable culture in a group of employees who feel as passionate about his company as he does. His leadership skills and innovative ideas have changed healthcare staffing for the better and keep the competition on their toes. Wageman is motivated by continuing to coach and lead people to reach their full potential within the framework of a team. He also challenges himself to continually improve in all aspects of his life, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, Wageman is busy coaching youth sports, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and spending time with his five children.
