Tim Cozier

Tim Cozier believes the best staffing companies are grown by hiring the right people, then empowering them to be the best version of themselves. He joined Lannick, a Vaco company, in 2011 as a business associate and his ambition and dedicated leadership have led him to rise to his current role as managing director, client services of Lannick. Here, he oversees the Pro Count staffing division, which focuses on accounting for operational accounting and office administration roles.

While aiming for success as a recruiter is what first drove Cozier in his career, his goal has since shifted to making Pro Count excel in the greater Toronto area in terms of client service as well as the best place to work.

In his role as managing director of client services, Cozier has seen his group grow approximately 400% in the past five years within the highly competitive Toronto market. In terms of revenue, the group has seen revenue grow from C$4 million to C$16 million in that time.

Cozier’s leadership has led to a best-in-industry retention rate for a millennial workforce. His best practices in Canada have been adopted on a global scale by Lannick’s parent company, Vaco.
