Tolga Cengiz

Tolga Cengiz joined Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom — an operating segment of Kelly — in July 2020 following a successful career in enterprise and consumer technology. He brings to Kelly extensive technical skills paired with deep strategy expertise and experience developing innovative partnerships during his time at Samsung, Dell and Fossil Group.

Cengiz was drawn to Kelly because of the company’s leaders and its specialty focus. He is motivated by learning new things and facing different challenges. “I like being able to wear different hats and solve problems,” he says.

He was closely involved with the acquisition of Softworld — the largest acquisition in Kelly’s history — and is a key contributor to Kelly Technology’s strategic direction as the business establishes itself as a specialty talent provider. He also identifies opportunities to form strategic partnerships with software and solutions providers. No matter which hat he is wearing, he enjoys the collaborative spirit at Kelly.

“I love how willing everyone is to help each other,” he says. “It’s a culture where everyone, from bottom to top, is willing to collaborate. We make sure the team succeeds, and we celebrate each other.” As he looks to the future, Cengiz would like to take on profit and loss responsibility, and he intends to help ensure that Kelly continues to have a truly differentiated, industry-leading set of offerings. “Creating something new and differentiated is important to me,” he says.
