Brandon Chamberland’s career in medical staffing began in 2006 when, while working at a hotel, his favorite regulars recruited him into an entry-level sales assistant role in the medical staffing industry.

Over the next 14 years, he climbed ranks at companies in both the medical staffing and education fields. He then went on to start Workforce Transformation and Consulting, a vendor-neutral workforce transformation managed service provider company serving the healthcare and hospital industry. He loves the client-facing aspects of the industry and helping create client solutions.

Medical staffing holds a special place in Chamberland’s heart. In 2007, he met recruiter Carey, and the pair bonded over shared passions and dreams. They married in 2011; however, Carey fell ill with an autoimmune disease and passed away four years later. “We spent a lot of time in hospitals,” Chamberland recalls, “so I appreciate the healthcare industry so much. I always try to go above and beyond to make sure no one is in my spot without access to medical care.”

He adds that he is blessed to work with some of the best people in the business who push him to make a difference and make a meaningful impact every day. “Together we show our customers we care about them,” Chamberland says. “If I can look back five years from now and know I helped make a difference in the lives of others, my career will be exactly where I want it to be.”
