Julie Harris

Upon graduating college in 2011, Julie Harris began her career as a consultant and quickly moved up to a talent manager position. She has embraced the staffing world ever since. Nine years ago, she joined KellyMitchell Group while looking for opportunities to grow within the industry, and in January 2022 she was promoted to vice president due to her outstanding talent development and leadership. In her current role, Harris oversees KellyMitchell’s National Recruitment Center, where she leads delivery and recruitment teams to provide top talent to KellyMitchell’s client portfolio.

Over the past few years, Harris has focused heavily on recruitment training and delivery development. With the adoption of several new automation platforms, KellyMitchell was able to produce double-digit revenue growth in 2020, 2021 and 2022, thanks in no small part to Harris’ hard work. “I’m very process oriented, and that goes back to being solution driven,” she says. Her contributions have enabled KellyMitchell to leverage automation for its consultant experience and enhance productivity companywide.

While Harris is passionate about finding solutions, she also finds value and motivation in helping people and seeing her teammates succeed. She enjoys being a part of a team that supports its members and pushes them to be better than the day before. “Being able to see people join our organization, put training into practice and succeed with visible results is one of my biggest motivators,” she says.

Looking ahead, Harris plans to continue to develop KellyMitchell’s technical recruitment and client delivery teams nationally while continuing to grow her own family.
