A Tampa Bay native and University of Florida graduate, Joe Ventura started out in the industry in 2000 with an IT staffing firm in Atlanta. He credits his time there for helping shape his love for the staffing industry. “I love working in the IT staffing industry because of the opportunity that we have to help talented tech professionals grow in their careers and at the same time help companies succeed by connecting them with the right people,” he says.
In 2006, he co-founded Principle Solutions Group with Josh Nazarian; now, as COO, Ventura is focused on the continuing development of Principle Solutions Group as well as mentoring and providing leadership to the young recruiters and account managers. Plans for Principle Solutions Group include expanding into new locations, continuing to win new clients, increasing market share and implementing the latest tools and processes to help find top-tier IT talent. The work has paid off, with the company landing on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of fastest-growing US staffing firms in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
