Keegan Banks has over a decade of experience within the staffing industry, rising up the ranks to become Harvey Nash USA’s senior VP of client delivery in 2022. It was her love of the city of Nashville, Tennessee, that brought Banks to Latitude 36 (now Harvey Nash USA) 11 years ago, but she says it’s the colleagues and company values that make the idea of doing anything else unimaginable.
One of Banks’ proudest achievements has been her involvement in the organization’s revolutionary Predictive Staffing model, utilizing data points and key performance indicators that guide the company at each point in its workflow while adjusting and evolving alongside the market. “It allows for our well-oiled machine to collect data and to have that available at any given time, without imposing on an account manager or a recruiter’s time, taking them away from servicing our clients or candidates,” Banks says. Additionally, under Banks’ leadership, her divisional revenue has more than doubled in the last five years to $105 million in 2021 from $47 million in 2016.
A trait that sets Banks apart is a constant desire to improve, regardless of how good things already are. With Harvey Nash USA’s sophisticated data tracking, Banks says she’s on a mission to make everything as close to perfect as possible. She lives by the quote, “You don’t know what you don’t know until you want to know,” and she refuses to put boundaries on what is possible for herself — and her team — in the future.
