Will Costolnick

Will Costolnick, CFO of Hire Dynamics, had no plans to enter the staffing industry. In fact, it took a bit of convincing from a recruiter to get Costolnick into the door at Hire Dynamics, but he was sold after experiencing the company culture. He became Hire Dynamics’ VP of finance in July 2018 and moved into his current role as CFO two years ago.

Costolnick had his work cut out for him from the get-go. After two major acquisitions in three years, Hire Dynamics had multiple sets of systems and three distinct cultures and teams. He set out to integrate these teams while leaning heavily into technology. Costolnick implemented automation and predictive analytics to remove non-value-add activities from the field, enabling the company to focus on interactions with clients and talent. The implementation of this new technology could not have come at a better time, as Costolnick’s hard work equipped Hire Dynamics to thrive during the pandemic. “If we had gone into Covid having not integrated and streamlined through technology, we would’ve found ourselves in a much more difficult position,” he states.

Committed to Hire Dynamics’ goal of being the “number one staffing agency you would refer to a friend,” Costolnick says the personal connections are what inspire him daily. He has the opportunity to help talent find success and feed their families — and, in his own words, “It doesn’t get better than that.”
