Lindsey Paskvan grew up watching strong females in her family work around the clock to make her life better, and that’s when she realized she had to do the same for the world.

Although she initially pursued a career in psychology, Paskvan while taking a break amid her undergrad and PhD programs landed a job as a recruiting assistant at an industrial staffing firm. Fast-forward 17 years: Paskvan now serves as the senior VP of national and strategic accounts at Beacon Hill Technologies.

Paskvan says the organized chaos and the changing complexities of the staffing industry keep her moving ahead. “There’s never a dull moment in this industry. No two days have ever been the same for me,” she notes.

She joined the company in 2017 to launch its national and strategic accounts division, which has grown to over $275 million. “Growing from scratch, building a brand-new team, developing efficient operating models, acquiring new customers and integrating with the Beacon Hill teams have [enabled] us to reach this milestone,” she explains.

In 2021, Paskvan had the foresight to see impending needs and built out an emerging recruiting talent team, a platform to develop future recruiting talent by reskilling career changers and entry-level professionals. She is currently building out three additional locations to expand this program.

Paskvan says she can’t imagine working in any other industry. “I hope to continue to create opportunities for our employees like what my family worked hard for me to achieve.”
