Consulting Solutions Enterprise Operations Manager Meagan LaRose plays a critical part in building operational efficiencies, leading key integration projects and data-driven initiatives to deliver performance insights across the organization. And she believes technology and innovation are the key catalysts to help companies succeed. “With the paradigm shift of the last few years, we have made great strides in our ways of working, such as moving to a more virtual model, and technology is at the core,” she explains.

Having first joined the staffing industry in 2019 as a relationship manager with an SAP consulting firm, she enjoys being able to help people, from finding the right fit to supporting team members through technology integrations.

At Consulting Solutions, which she joined in 2022, LaRose manages integration project teams, supports change management and optimizes operational processes in the back office, marketing, sales and recruiting areas. While scope creep for these integration projects can be costly, LaRose’s projects during her tenure have been completed within the prescribed timelines and expected deliverables.

While striving to ensure projects stay on target, she also works within the delicate balance of the human factor when bringing together new and existing processes. In addition to operational improvements, LaRose has been a champion for building and supporting the many corporate communications and business development programs that have supported Consulting Solutions’ growth.

“Using technology and data to make decisions regarding the direction and health of an organization is and will remain critical,” LaRose explains. “There is a tremendous opportunity for our organization to use the data and business intelligence captured from our systems and operations to transform the way we serve our clients and consultants.”
