Matthew Kolinski

Matthew Kolinski, an entrepreneur, physician, author and speaker, first became interested in staffing while in college when he wrote résumés for friends. Fascinated by the idea of helping people find better jobs, Kolinski started his first recruiting company in 2006 while in medical school. Recently retired from medicine, Kolinski’s experience as a physician serves him well, as about a third of his company’s client base is in medical staffing.

Now, as the founder and CEO of Staffing Management Group, Kolinski oversees a suite of brands specializing in executive search, general staffing and on-site staffing. Founded in 2010, the organization’s largest operation is USA Staffing Services, a nationwide company that utilizes a partner network to provide top-level customer service to end-user customers. He is also proud of the group’s first acquisition in 2021 and the successful integration of the businesses, as well as some exciting investments in blockchain technology.

Kolinski still enjoys helping people find jobs that bring fulfillment. He has helped or mentored more than 1,000 entrepreneurs and enjoys pouring his energy into people who are hungry to grow. Kolinski also recently published his first book — Work-Passion-Life Balance: Finding Fulfillment Through Zones of Efficiency — which offers readers practical guidance on how to integrate their passions into an optimal blend of work and life that can bring energy and fulfillment.
