Diego de Haro Ruiz didn’t imagine a life working in staffing while he was growing up in Madrid, Spain — in fact, he intended to become an engineer. Luckily for the staffing world, however, de Haro’s winding career path led him instead to Job&Talent US as CEO.

Since joining Job&Talent in May 2022, de Haro has led the company’s expansion into the US and delivered $500 million in revenue last year alone. Job&Talent US has over 300 internal employees in 32 states and is looking to be in 40 states by the end of 2023.  “I think we represent the innovation part of what the industry should go through,” de Haro says.

De Haro has played an incremental role in shaping the company culture as well as Job&Talent’s strategic vision and ambition for the US. “I’m passionate about building things from scratch and really innovating,” he says. In keeping with de Haro’s strategy to attract and retain the best talent, all contingent workers with Job&Talent US get benefits that are not typically part of a contingent worker’s package, such as a 401(k) plan with company matching, life insurance and extended health insurance.

As Job&Talent continues to focus on growth, de Haro wants to make sure that he’s making a huge impact in where the organization — and the staffing industry in general — are going. He would like to see the company in as many countries as possible, specifically in Latin America, Asia and Europe.

Job&Talent recently rebranded from Jobandtalent.
