Since co-founding National Recruiting Consultants in 2021 alongside two friends, Stefanie Murphy, president of client services, has embraced her role as a mentor and cultivated a team of successful account managers.

“I remember my friend’s proposal about starting a company in 2021, and it took me less than 10 minutes to say yes!” she says, reflecting on the pivotal moment. “It has definitely paid off because we have been able to create an environment that empowers women and others to succeed while prioritizing work-life harmony.”

For the past two years, Murphy has leveraged her business development skills to drive National Recruiting Consultants’ growth to an impressive 650% year over year. Her work in securing contracts with most large school districts in the state of Texas has been key to the company’s success. In addition to her professional achievements, Murphy actively dedicates her time as a volunteer for the American Staffing Association’s Women in Leadership Council while also serving as a mentor in its mentorship program.

Prior to National Recruiting Consultants, Murphy spent nearly 14 years at Dallas-based Delta Healthcare Providers as a senior principal staffing consultant.

For Murphy, every day presents an opportunity to help others find fulfilling employment that resonates with their deepest passions. Her ultimate mission is to create a space in the world where everyone can be the best version of themselves.

“As a mother, I want to be the best role model for my children, instilling in them the belief that they too can find something they are passionate about and can excel at when they grow up,” she says.
