For Jonathan Kone, head of sales for LHH Recruitment Solutions, the ability to help companies solve complex issues drew him to staffing 13 years ago, but being a driver of growth and development of those around him is what keeps him here.

“Working with talented people at all levels of the company, encouraging and actively participating in their growth, continues to be one of the best things about my job,” he shares. Kone has a strong track record of developing and elevating sales executives, directors and leaders to reach the same level of achievement, with 91% currently exceeding their performance goals.

The youngest person to be promoted to LHH’s executive team, Kone continues to raise the bar on growth and development by acting as a change agent and leading by example. He has re-envisioned how his role should operate, bringing an external client focus while still having a hand in strategy. He has supported this paradigm shift with continual and intentional collaboration between sales leaders and various areas across the LHH organization to ensure alignment of best practices. Kone also set his team up for long-term success and ensured business growth by leveraging and enhancing existing sales enablement functions and creating new sales functions to drive revenue, efficiencies and opportunities across the greater organization.

Kone is excited at the possibilities given the speed at which business is evolving. And as for his own future, he aims to continue to focus on learning and growing every day, adding, “If you do that, the future will take care of itself.”
