Arsenio T. Bell

During his 15 years in the staffing industry, Arsenio T. Bell has set a high bar for performance and achievement at every point in his career.

Starting as a recruiting intern in 2008, Bell steadily climbed the ranks and today serves as VP of client solutions for global managed services at Guidant Global, a subsidiary of Impellam Group. Since joining Guidant in 2022, he made the Impellam Group’s Annual Performance Summit — a trip that concludes with a red-carpet awards ceremony for the company’s top performers across all brands — and was named Rookie of the Year.

Bell has led the successful pursuit and solution designs of multiple national and global client-managed service provider programs. When competing against other MSPs, he has a 40% new client win rate and has secured new clients for both first- and second-generation MSP programs.

“There’s so much growth potential for Guidant Global,” Bell says. “I feel blessed to say that my efforts directly contributed to increasing our global spend under management by 10% year over year so far. To make those needles move, that’s what gets me up each day.”

Bell has another reason for his hard work beyond just contributing to the success of the organization: He aims to use his career trajectory to be a role model for other minority employees and advance diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within the workforce solutions ecosystem. “I want to shake this industry up — make changes for the better,” he says. “Someone might see me on this 40 Under 40 list and say, ‘He was an intern just like me.’ I have a responsibility to be a role model for people who look like me.”
