Kristin Doty

With a passion for personal growth matched only by her deep care for others, Kristin Doty has excelled as a driven and compassionate leader.

Doty describes her move into staffing as “a happy accident.” Referred by an acquaintance in 2017 to a recruiter position after spending years as a teacher and a ministry leader in her local church, Doty found her place in the staffing industry, growing into various positions over the last six years.

Currently, Doty serves as director of service implementation at Staffmark Group, a part of Recruit Holdings’ RGF Staffing, keeping her focus on integrating a new technology program that streamlines much of the interaction between contingent workers and client companies. Doty uses this technology to gain insights on what is working well and what isn’t, facilitating improvements and training staff for successful system integration.

Doty’s leadership role at Staffmark spans beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. She founded Black Alliance, a business resource group for Black employees, and established a leadership team within the group. Throughout Black Alliance’s first year, she has maintained active participation in the group through events and allyship opportunities. Outside of Black Alliance, Doty also enjoys mentoring others.

What’s next for Doty? One thing is certain: She won’t be in the same place as she is today. Motivated by the future and its possibilities, she will continue to take on challenges and forge new paths. Her ability to grow and achieve comes from a simple approach — “I have a philosophy of saying yes until I have to say no when it comes to opportunities!”
