Michelle Bousquet

When Michelle Bousquet started her first job in healthcare staffing 11 years ago, she never dreamed of the growth she would achieve personally and professionally in the industry.

Today, as VP of organizational effectiveness for Floyd Lee Locums, Bousquet has carved out the future she wants and is passionate about empowering people to succeed while finding solutions that balance operational, training, financial and technology goals.

“We’re impacting countless individuals, communities and the world all at once,” she says. “What could possibly be better than what we’re doing?”

Joining Floyd Lee Locums shortly after its founding in 2017, Bousquet has seen the company grow to nearly 100 employees from fewer than 10 and has been instrumental in helping the company to achieve 721% growth over the past three years. Her strategic mindset streamlined the company’s tech stack, including VoIP, SMS and marketing automation, and revolutionized the front, middle and back offices as the company grew.

She is proud to lead several operations teams, whose contributions have been vital in the company earning SIA’s Best Staffing Firm to Temp For award every year since 2020.

Bousquet strives to learn new things and takes pride in being a board member of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations. “Being able to collaborate with the team of my direct competitors, brainstorm ideas, build relationships, work on things that impact our industry, is incredibly inspiring,” she says.

Bousquet considers herself fortunate to have found the opportunity to make a difference and aims to continue evolving, learning and exploring new ways to impact as many lives as possible.
