Adam Roth

Adam Roth’s father founded Roth Staffing Companies, and though Roth had no intention of working in staffing after graduating college, he knew spending time at Roth Staffing would give him some experience as he ventured out into the business world. However, he proved to be both a natural leader and a natural at staffing. Within the first year, he helped launch a new business line, Adams & Martin Group, specializing in staffing for the legal industry. He quickly grew within the company and began establishing programs that became the infrastructure for employee engagement and the foundation for a culture that has received some of the most prestigious workplace culture accolades.

As CEO, Roth is extremely proud of the unique work culture that has been built and continues to be championed by the employees at Roth Staffing. He feels humbled to see this culture recognized by Fortune.com (#1 Best Workplaces for Women) and Inc.com (2019 Best Workplaces), and for the ninth consecutive year on SIA’s prestigious list of Best Staffing Firms to Work For.

Roth is driven by the desire to see everyone succeed. He wants every co-worker to feel they are given every opportunity to achieve personal and professional success. Going forward, Roth intends to champion more platforms that foster innovation, and he has his sights set on Roth Staffing achieving $500 million in revenue within the next two years and $1 billion soon after that.
